Customs rules for sending medicines abroad

Medicines are a conditional item for international courier — allowed, but with important rules.

Prescription medicines. You must include a valid prescription from a registered doctor. Quantities should be for personal use only (typically up to 90 days supply).

OTC medicines. Generally allowed in small quantities, but some ingredients are restricted in certain countries. Always check the destination.

Documents required. Sender ID, receiver address, item list, and prescription. We help you prepare all paperwork.

Prohibited. Injections, syringes and narcotic-containing medicines are not allowed via standard courier.

Tip: Always declare medicines honestly. Undeclared medicines can be seized and may cause delays.
